• OAuth authentication tokens are stored locally on the user’s device
• No QuickBooks financial data is stored permanently
• All data remains on the local machine
• No personal information is collected or transmitted

Data Usage

• QuickBooks data is accessed for internal financial reporting only
• Data is used solely for business analysis and decision-making
• No data is shared with third parties
• No data is transmitted to external servers or cloud services

Data Security

• OAuth tokens are stored with restricted file permissions on local machine
• All API communication uses HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.2+)
• Access is restricted to authorised user only
• No cloud storage of QuickBooks data
• Tokens automatically refresh to minimise exposure window

Data Retention

• OAuth tokens: Stored locally until manually revoked
• QuickBooks data: Not retained; retrieved on-demand only
• No permanent database of QuickBooks information maintained

Your Rights

• You can revoke access at any time via QuickBooks settings
• Token files can be deleted locally to remove all stored credentials
• Access can be terminated immediately by the user

Third-Party Services

This application connects to:

• QuickBooks Online API – For accessing financial data (Intuit Inc.)
• No other third-party services are used
