This application is licensed for internal use by Rok Systems Ltd only.

License Grant

  • Licensed to Rok Systems Ltd for internal business purposes
  • Single-user licence for the business owner
  • Not for redistribution or commercial resale
  • Internal financial reporting and analysis only

Restrictions

  • Internal use only – may not be shared with external parties
  • May not be reverse-engineered or modified
  • May not be used for any unlawful purpose
  • May not be used to access QuickBooks accounts other than Rok Systems Ltd

Permitted Use

This application may be used to:

  • Retrieve financial reports from QuickBooks Online
  • Access profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
  • Query chart of accounts and transaction data
  • Perform internal business analysis

Data Responsibility

  • User is responsible for the accuracy of data retrieved
  • User is responsible for securing OAuth tokens and credentials
  • User must comply with QuickBooks Online Terms of Service
  • User must maintain appropriate data protection measures

Disclaimer of Warranties

This application is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or completeness of data

Limitation of Liability

Rok Systems Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any business decisions made using data from this application
  • Any errors or omissions in financial data retrieved
  • Any damages arising from use or inability to use the application
  • Any interruption of service or loss of access to QuickBooks data

Termination

  • This licence may be terminated at any time by deleting the application
  • QuickBooks access can be revoked at any time via QuickBooks settings
  • Upon termination, all local tokens and credentials should be deleted

Compliance

Users must comply with:

  • UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR
  • QuickBooks Online Terms of Service
  • Intuit Developer Platform Terms
  • All applicable laws and regulations

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
